Appolonia is a 941 ha (2,300 acres) mixed-use land development located on the outskirts of Accra, the capital of Ghana. Thirty km from Accra’s Central Business District, 22 km north west of Tema – Ghana’s industrial hub – and less than 30 km from Kotoka International Airport, Appolonia is a live-work-play environment.
