Why Africa

An Unstoppable Force
With a median age of 18.8 years, Africa is the world’s youngest continent. This young and talented labour force is rapidly becoming a major driver of growth in the face of the world’s aging population.
Africa is expected to make up 25% of the global labour force by 2050 and over 40% by 2100. Today, 11% of the 20 fastest growing economies in the world are African. Africa will be the fastest-growing region on Earth, outpacing Asia.
Rendeavour harnesses this potential by developing new cities with world-class design, modern infrastructure, and effective planning, tailored to local needs. Our projects attract global investment and enable the transfer of skills and technology to support long-term, sustainable growth.
