Appolonia City partners with Sunny FM on Open Day

Appolonia City joined forces with popular family-centred radio station Sunny FM to host an enlightening Open Day event. The purpose of the event was to introduce Sunny FM’s listeners to real estate as the most rational investment option in Ghana.

During the event, Agyemang Oppong Peprah, host of Sunny FM’s drive time program – the Sunset Drive – explained that the Open Day with Appolonia City was a direct response to requests from their loyal listeners. Many had been seeking guidance on where to invest their hard-earned money. Peprah emphasized the extra advantage in choosing an investment that one could live in. He explained that listeners were specifically looking for such an investment instrument from a reputable and credible institution, hence their decision to partner Appolonia City.

The Open Day attracted over 150 participants. The program began with a talk on property rights in Ghana, delivered by seasoned lawyer Samuel Kofi Nartey. In his presentation he encouraged the participants to carry out proper due diligence into the validity of title of any property before deciding to buy.

Nartey’s presentation was followed by a panel discussion on the advantages of building and living in an entirely new city. The panelists shed light on the numerous benefits such communities offer in terms of security, amenities, quality of life and freedom from the burdens of commuting long distances.

Adamu Ben-Mahmoud, Appolonia City’s Utilities Manager, gave the participants an in-depth understanding of the city’s visionary master plan, highlighting the meticulously designed residential, commercial, recreational and industrial spaces that make Appolonia City a prime investment destination.

The day ended with a guided a guided tour of the city, allowing participants to witness firsthand the progress and potential that Appolonia City holds.

The partnership between Appolonia City and Sunny FM for this Open Day event reflects the shared commitment to empowering listeners with valuable investment knowledge and promoting the most ideal residential enclave in Accra: Appolonia City.
