CCI Global is an international outsourcing provider of customer services and consumer management headquartered in Kenya. It has over 3,500 agents supporting over 30 international brands across multiple sectors. In May 2024, CCI Global opened its 17th international contact centre in Tatu City, Kenya, a five-story, 5,000-seat, state-of-the-art facility underpinned by a USD 50 million investment. It has since committed to double its Kenyan workforce with a second contact centre at Tatu City in the next five years.
