Hounen Enters Africa with Office and Retail at Tatu City SEZ

At the heart of this expansion is Tatu City SEZ, East Africa’s leading Special Economic Zone, which Hounen has chosen as its regional hub. The company has announced more than 63,000 sqm of developments, including a 43,500 sqm mixed-use project in Tatu Centra and a 1.3MW rooftop solar installation at The Link SME warehousing. These investments are expected to create over 2,500 jobs and signal Hounen’s long-term commitment to Kenya, with further projects planned such as a retail village and executive residences.
