Crawford International School in Tatu City, opened in 2019, introduced South Africa’s pioneering Crawford education system to Kenya. This school caters to all ages of students from Kindergarten to A-levels with modern facilities, including boarding for senior students. Currently, it serves around 1,200 pupils, with a capacity for up to 1,700 students.

Crawford International School is part of South Africa’s JSE-listed ADvTECH Group, Africa’s largest education provider. Crawford follows the British Curriculum and the Cambridge International Examinations Board as the preferred choice of syllabus in most subject areas. Students are prepared for the IGCSE and, in time, the A-level examinations. The curriculum and teaching approaches are further adapted to learners’ needs, to align them with global goals and trends that will enable them to compete effectively in the workplace.

Crawford International School Kenya is currently undertaking the construction of a new phase of its Tatu City campus, which began with a groundbreaking ceremony in March 2025. This expansion will add to the existing state-of-the-art facilities, aiming to accommodate the school’s growth and reinforce its commitment to providing a world-class learning environment in Tatu City.
