Hounen Era

Hounen Era is a mixed-use development in Tatu Central, the living and business district of Tatu City. Hounen will construct a 43,500 sqm development. A modern mixed-use development offers a complete lifestyle ecosystem including residential apartments located in four towers ranging from 21 to 26 storeys, office and commercial spaces, retail and lifestyle amenities, China Town-inspired commercial street, enterprise incubation centres, outlet-style shopping mall.

Hounen also plans to expand its footprint in Tatu City with additional projects, including a retail village and executive residences.
