Nova Ridge participates in Ghana Home Loans Fair

Nova Ridge, City of Light’s newest residential enclave attended the much anticipated Ghana Home Loans (GHL) Housing Fair 2015, which took place on the 25th and 26th of April  at the GHL premises at Airport.

Potential buyers who visited the Nova Ridge exhibition stand were taken through the concept of the development and provided with further information about the enclave, including an overview of the wider City of Light project.

“We are happy to be able to participate in such an event and present our unique offering to the Ghanaian public. We are confident in all the work we’ve put into our development and look forward to receiving many buyers,” said Anthony Okyere, Director of ADCL.

The event, which took place over two days, was attended by industry players and the general public. Nova Ridge made an appearance through its marketing and sales team. The event generated great interest in Nova Ridge as well as for the Appolonia, City of Light project.

Michael Asante, a visitor to the stand, said, “I was delighted to find Nova Ridge at the fair, which offers a unique development in Accra.”

The bi-annual fair brought together over 30 players in the real estate and housing industry that showcased their products to the public. It also served as a one-stop shop to home seekers to find further information on other products on the market; such as options for financing, insurance and much more.
