Rajesh Nair

Rajesh Nair leads outsourced operations, customer experience and business support functions across the group’s growing ecosystem in Africa.

With more than 20 years of experience in business process outsourcing and operations management, Rajesh has built and managed large-scale operations across customer service, collections, telesales and technical support. His experience also spans mortgage servicing, investment banking and healthcare operations.

Prior to joining Rendeavour, Rajesh held senior leadership roles in the BPO and outsourced services industry, where he led delivery operations, strengthened client partnerships, improved profitability and implemented governance frameworks across diverse business environments.

Based in Nairobi, Rajesh is focused on advancing digitally enabled operations through automation, AI-assisted workflows and data-driven management practices, improving efficiency and customer experience across Rendeavour’s platforms.
