Olga Romanova

Olga is a senior human resources leader with a proven track record of shaping people strategies and building organisational capability across the IT, e-commerce, healthcare and industrial sectors.

She has led enterprise-wide talent and workforce initiatives, including strategic recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, employer branding and talent pipeline management. Her experience includes designing and implementing people frameworks that strengthen organisational effectiveness, support business growth and develop leadership capability at both senior and emerging talent levels.

Before joining Rendeavour as Head of Talent, Olga held senior HR leadership roles at MEDSI, Severstal, Uralchem, CUSTIS, Ozon, Yandex and Kaspersky Lab. Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary HR teams, delivered large-scale recruitment and development programmes, established strategic partnerships with leading universities and built sustainable talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.

Olga holds a Specialist Degree with Honours in Economics from Moscow City University of Management. She is also an experienced mentor, career adviser and lecturer, with a strong commitment to developing future leaders and supporting professional growth.
