Artem Shundikov

Artem oversees cost and project control management across development projects at Tatu City.

He has extensive international experience in cost and commercial management, having held senior roles with leading global and regional organizations. Prior to joining Rendeavour, he served as Head of Cost Management at MEGA, Russia’s largest retail real estate developer. He also worked as Commercial Manager at WeWork, supporting operations across Germany, Poland, Russia, and Sweden. Earlier in his career, Artem held senior positions at VTB Bank, IKEA, and AECOM, where he contributed to large-scale mixed-use construction developments.

Artem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Construction and Industry from Moscow Civil Construction University, awarded in 2008.He currently lives in Tatu City and is passionate about contributing to the delivery of world-class, sustainable urban developments.
