David Kippen

David is a seasoned private equity executive and corporate manager.

With a career spanning over 25 years, David has held key roles focusing on the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), energy and industrial sectors. His experience includes senior positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, JPMorgan Chase and UBS.

Throughout his career, David has successfully completed over 40 mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as various private and public debt and equity financings across North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Africa.

He has also been involved in developing cross-border ventures, working with growth-stage companies and serving as an interim CFO. His extensive background in global finance and corporate management underscores his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes and driving strategic growth.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Montreal and a master’s in international public policy from Johns Hopkins SAIS in Washington, DC. He lives in London, United Kingdom.
