Eustace Couthino

Eustace leads sales and strategy for Rendeavour in Kenya, bringing nearly two decades of international experience in real estate sales, business development and strategy.

Prior to joining Rendeavour, Eustace was Head of Sales at Binghatti Developments, one of the UAE’s leading mixed-use property developers, where he gained extensive experience in high-volume residential sales.

Previously, Eustace spent six years with Barratt London as Head of Middle East, North Africa and India, responsible for driving sales across key international markets. Earlier in his career, he worked with Emaar Properties.

Originally from Goa, India, Eustace has lived and worked across the Middle East and Europe and brings more than 19 years of experience in international real estate, with particular expertise in high-volume residential sales and market development.

He now lives in Tatu City, giving him a first-hand perspective on the community he helps to grow.
