Eiman is an internationally experienced urban and landscape designer and a licensed architect with the Saudi Council of Engineers, with a global portfolio spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

Eiman has led and contributed to the design of public realms for large-scale urban, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments with combined project values exceeding USD 1 billion, including masterplans, resorts, retail destinations, and complex public, realm projects.

Educated at the New York Institute of Technology, Columbia University, and OBS Business School / University of Barcelona, and trained in both urban design and international business, Eiman brings a unique ability to integrate architecture, landscape design, placemaking, and investment logic across diverse international contexts. Her work is defined by a strong sensitivity to landscape, public space, and human experience – delivering commercially viable developments that are culturally grounded, socially responsive, and long-term in vision.

Eiman lives in Tatu City with her family.
