Jedidah Mwangi

Jedidah is an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Engineer with over 10 years experience in construction, with a major focus in power plant projects.

Specializing in high and low voltage electrical systems, renewable energy, solar and gas, Jedidah excels in project management, design, and execution. Currently, she is the Senior Power Engineer at Rendeavour. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Power Engineer in Tatu City where her focus was on power reticulation within the city.

She previously worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at H Young & Co. [E.A] LTD where she led major projects including the various Olkaria Geothermal Power Plants and Nairobi Embassy Project. Here, her role entailed electrical design, tendering and budgeting, installation, and maintenance across diverse sectors.

Jedidah has a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Egerton University, Kenya and postgraduate qualifications in Project Management. As a registered Engineering Technologist with the Kenya Engineering Technology Registration Board, she is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality solutions. She lives in Nairobi, Kenya.
