Ewa Lydkowska

Ewa Łydkowska is Group Head of Marketing & Communications at Rendeavour. She leads strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, positioning Rendeavour and its city-scale developments as prime destinations for investment and modern urban living. Her role focuses on strengthening brand visibility and driving commercial success across key markets.

Prior to joining Rendeavour, Ewa spent more than a decade as Marketing Manager at Vastint Poland, where she drove corporate communications and marketing for landmark real estate projects. She previously held senior marketing and public affairs roles with Gdansk Transport Company, where she promoted the A1 motorway, and with ING Real Estate Development, supporting the success of flagship investments.

Ewa holds a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Gdansk and obtained a certificate in Management at Baruch College, City University of New York. She is based in Tatu City, Kenya.
