Linda S. Nyaseda

Linda is a senior executive with extensive experience in city management and large-scale developments. As COO, Kenya, she manages operations for Rendeavour’s real estate developments, oversees the City Management and Development Control Company departments, and chairs RenWoman Council.

She is also responsible for upholding the integrity of the Tatu City Structure Plan by managing and enforcing development controls across various projects.

Before joining Tatu City, Linda gained valuable experience in urban services management, project management and quality assurance through key roles at Superior Homes Kenya, Lynk Kenya and Cytonn Investments. With over 10 years in the field, she has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and innovation.

Linda holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma White Belt and a Certified associate in project management. She lives in Tatu City, Kenya.
