Mikhail brings over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and financial markets to his role at Rendeavour. Before joining the company, he led capital markets and investor relations at major Russian public companies like Detsky Mir and Polyus.
He previously served as Vice President at Renaissance Capital Investment Bank, focusing on public equity and debt capital market transactions in the Former Soviet Union and Africa.
At Rendeavour, Mikhail is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and business analysis across the company’s large-scale urban development projects in Africa. He leads the evaluation of investment opportunities, structuring of partnerships, and financial modelling for key developments, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives. Mikhail also oversees market research, economic impact assessments.
His expertise supports decision-making at the executive level, helping to navigate complex emerging markets environments and maximise value creation. Mikhail holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the New Economic School, Moscow, and a Master of Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He lives in Tatu City, Kenya.
