Perminas Marisi

Perminas is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in city management.

Currently serving as the Country Head for Ghana, he previously led the City Management and Development Control Company for Tatu City in Kenya. Before his role at Tatu City, Perminas was the Head of Facilities and Project Management at Broll Property Group in Kenya.

There, he managed integrated facilities and project management services for major multinational and local clients across East Africa. This role allowed him to refine his skills in project planning, budgeting and business development.

Perminas holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, along with postgraduate qualifications in project management and health and safety.
