Wycliffe currently serves as Head of Power at Tatu City in Kenya and Head of Utilities for Kiswishi City in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In these roles, he oversees the planning, design, and management of major power and utilities infrastructure projects, ensuring reliable, modern, and sustainable services to support urban development.

Previously, he was Technical Services Manager at Powergen Technologies Limited, where he managed projects in power distribution, automation, transmission, and renewable energy. He also worked as a design engineer at Kenya Power & Lighting Company (KPLC), gaining hands-on experience in the development of Kenya’s national power systems.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, and has pursued additional certifications in power substation design, automation systems, and solar photovoltaic technologies.
