Road access and connectivity enhanced in Wala Park

Appolonia City has announced the successful completion of road-clearing activities in Wala Park. Wala Park is the city’s newest community earmarked to be developed on prime semi-serviced land. With over 650 plots sold, owners are busy building their homes.

The dedicated team from Appolonia City’s infrastructure department diligently carried out extensive road-clearing operations to ensure that residents and visitors can navigate the enclave with ease. The initiative aimed to create an accessible road network that allows clients who are ready to start development to have easy access to their plots.

The completion of the road-clearing activities is expected to contribute to an increase in building construction as clients begin putting up their units. Wala Park covers a total land size of 31 ha/76 acres with approximately 800 residential plots for sale. With over 650 plots sold, there are only a few plots remaining.
