Vodafone rewards promo winner with Appolonia City serviced plot

Vodafone Ghana has rewarded the winner of the Live your Life promotion with a serviced plot at Appolonia City.

At the end of the draw, Ms. Bintu Haruna, from Bawku in the Upper East Region, emerged as a winner and is now a proud owner of a plot of land at Appolonia City. The prize presentation was held at the Vodafone head office, followed by a visit to Appolonia City to view the location of Ms. Haruna’s prize.

“I am delighted to win a plot of land at Appolonia City – it’s beyond my imagination! I kept texting to the shortcode and wasn’t sure whether I would win anything. Vodafone promos are real, and I urge people to participate anytime they launch new promotions,” said Ms. Haruna.

“We welcome Ms. Haruna to the Appolonia City family. Owning a property is everyone’s dream, and it’s exciting to see this collaboration bring land ownership within a well-planned city to deserving Ghanaians. We thank Vodafone Ghana for this partnership and look forward to giving joy to more people in the future,” said Matthew Ansah, Appolonia City Marketing and Communications Manager.

Nana Okraku, VAS and New Product Development Manager, said: “The Live your Life promotion demonstrates our commitment to giving our customers the very best. At Vodafone, we believe in giving unforgettable rewards, and a serviced plot at Appolonia City serves that purpose.”

The Live your Life promo was an SMS subscription-based promotion offering Vodafone customers the chance to win prizes, such as mobile phones and airtime, in weekly and monthly draws. Customers accumulated points by answering multiple-choice questions. Ms. Haruna won after accumulating the highest number of points at the end of the campaign.
